TianGe Attachments (TGEC®) designs and manufactures hydraulic and mechanical attachments for excavators and skid steer loaders. Based in Yantai, China, we began as a domestic attachment manufacturer serving construction and engineering companies across the country, and have since expanded into international markets — today our products ship to 50+ countries worldwide.
TGEC® is our registered trademark for our attachment product line. Our attachments are developed around machine specifications, working conditions, and application requirements, with both standard and custom configurations available.
Manufacturing Capability
Our facility supports the full production process in-house — from cutting and forming to welding, machining, heat treatment, assembly, and testing. This vertical integration allows us to control lead times, maintain consistent quality, and accommodate custom modifications without relying on outside subcontractors.
- Cutting and forming: CNC plasma cutting and hydraulic press braking for structural components
- Welding: Robotic and manual welding for structural and hydraulic assemblies
- Machining: CNC machining for pin bores, bushings, and precision hydraulic components
- Heat treatment: In-house heat treatment for high-wear and high-impact components such as bucket teeth, cutting edges, breaker chisels, and pistons
- Assembly and testing: Functional testing, dimensional verification, and final inspection on every unit before shipment
Engineering and Customization
Attachment configurations need to be matched to the machine and application. Our engineering team works from your excavator make, model, arm dimensions, pin specifications, and hydraulic parameters to design mounting brackets and interface configurations that match your equipment. Custom modifications — from bracket geometry to hydraulic flow adjustments — are handled in-house, so technical communication stays direct and changes are implemented without handoffs.
Quality Control
Quality is built into each production stage, not inspected only at the end. Raw materials are verified against supplier certificates before cutting. Critical welds undergo visual and dimensional inspection, with non-destructive testing available on request. Machined dimensions are checked against engineering drawings at each operation. Each unit receives a final inspection covering function, dimensions, and finish before it leaves the facility.
