Our Product Line

TGEC offers two product families:

• Excavator Quick Coupler — Standard hydraulic/manual quick coupler. Four models cover 4–30 t excavators with 45–90 mm pin diameters. Hydraulic, manual, and pin-grabber versions available. Ideal for general construction, landscaping, and rental fleets with frequent attachment swaps.

• Excavator Tilt Coupler — Hydraulic tilt coupler with ±45° angle and quick change. Four models cover 1.5–20 t excavators, 85–260 kg. Perfect for grading, ditching, slope finishing, and precision work without repositioning the carrier.

Both families use fabricated bodies with hardened locking pins, and custom brackets are available for non-standard interfaces. Hydraulic circuit requirements vary by model and configuration; locking mechanisms are designed to prevent unintended release during operation.

Application Scenarios

• General construction / earthmoving: Switch between digging buckets, grading buckets, breakers, and augers with hydraulic couplers operated from the cab.

• Grading and slope finishing: Tilt couplers angle the bucket for ditches, slopes, and roads without repositioning the excavator, supporting consistent grade work.

• Landscaping and utility work: Compact couplers for mini excavators let operators change between narrow buckets, wide buckets, tampers, and augers quickly. Manual couplers are a lower‑cost option for smaller machines with fewer changes.

• Demolition and recycling: Rapid switching between breakers, pulverizers, grapples, and sorting buckets. Pin-grabber configurations secure attachments; hydraulic models are operated from the cab.

• Rental fleets: Standardized coupler interfaces can help rental fleets manage attachments across compatible machines and configurations. Custom brackets adapt to specific arm dimensions.

• Municipal and road maintenance: Tilt couplers help with shoulder grading, ditch cleaning, and culvert work. Quick couplers support switching between buckets, brooms, and other compatible attachments as site needs change.

Machine Compatibility

TGEC couplers fit excavators from 1.5 to 30 tons. Standard quick coupler models cover 4–8 t, 9–16 t, 17–23 t, and 25–30 t. Tilt coupler models cover 1.5–3 t, 3–6 t, 6–12 t, and 12–20 t. Each model specifies a pin diameter range, center distance range, and arm width range to match common excavator configurations.

Before ordering, verify your arm pin diameter, pin center distance, and arm width between plates. Custom brackets are available for specific models and existing coupler systems. Hydraulic pressure requirements vary by model; typical auxiliary-circuit requirements fall within 16–28 MPa. Confirm the exact range for your selected model before ordering. Installation should be done by a qualified technician with proper torque and pressure testing.

OEM & Bulk Supply

As a direct manufacturer, TGEC supplies couplers globally under OEM and private-label specifications. Volume pricing, long‑term agreements, and custom branding (paint, nameplate, packaging) are available for qualified dealer partners. Custom pin sizes, bracket dimensions, coupler interfaces, and hydraulic adaptations are supported.

Both hydraulic and manual configurations can be mixed in bulk orders; pin‑grabber locking can be configured for specific attachment pin standards. Dealers can combine coupler orders with other TGEC attachments to consolidate shipping. Wear Parts & Replacement Components

TGEC stocks replacement parts for all coupler models — locking pins, latches, springs, hydraulic seals, cylinders, hoses, pivot bushings, and mounting hardware. Tilt couplers also have replacement tilt cylinders, rotation bearings, and angle‑positioning components. Replacement parts are supplied to the applicable TGEC model specifications.
