An excavator tiltrotator adds continuous 360° rotation and up to ±45° of tilt to connected buckets and other attachments, allowing operators to change the tool’s position without repeatedly repositioning the excavator. This allows more flexible attachment positioning for grading, ditch cleaning, backfilling, slope work, and other applications that require precise attachment positioning. TGEC offers five models for 2–22 ton excavators, with tilt torque from 10.6 to 62 kNm and rotation torque from 4.9 to 8.8 kNm. An optional proportional control kit with digital display provides real-time angle feedback. Control System Kit: Operator-control and precision-adjustment retrofit upgrade for existing tiltrotators. Replaces standard lever operation with proportional joystick control and real-time digital angle display. Includes proportional joystick, digital display module, hydraulic control valves, harness, and mounting hardware. Compatible with applicable TR-series tiltrotator models — confirm model compatibility before ordering. Professional retrofitting required — kit does not include tiltrotator main body.
Both categories feature heavy-duty construction and custom mounting options for non-standard interfaces. The control system kit is an optional upgrade — not a functional requirement for tiltrotator operation.
