Our Product Line

TGEC offers two complete excavator broom product families:

• Excavator Push Broom — Fixed static broom for basic pushing and sweeping. Three models cover working widths from 1200 to 1800 mm with unit weights from 120 to 280 kg. No hydraulic circuit required — mounts directly to the excavator arm for basic sweeping and debris pushing. Brush materials include nylon and steel mixed, reinforced nylon, and heavy-duty industrial nylon for different surface types.

• Excavator Rotary Broom — Hydraulic powered rotary sweeper for road, construction, and industrial sweeping. Six models cover working widths from 1500 to 3000 mm with bristle diameters from 70 to 120 cm, empty weights from 800 to 1800 kg, and brush rotation up to 250–300 rpm. Hydraulic operating pressure of 160–230 bar, with water tanks (250–350 L) available on selected configurations for dust suppression. Suitable for excavators from 4 to 18 tons.

Both families feature heavy-duty construction, custom mounting brackets for non-standard interfaces, and replacement brush and wear component availability. Push brooms require no auxiliary hydraulic circuit; rotary brooms require a dedicated hydraulic circuit with appropriate flow and pressure.

Application Scenarios

• Road and street sweeping: Rotary brooms clean paved surfaces, remove loose gravel, sand, and debris from roadways, and prepare surfaces for paving or sealing. Water spray can help manage airborne dust during sweeping (where equipped).

• Construction site cleanup: Both broom types handle construction debris, sawdust, dirt, and loose material on job sites. Push brooms work for light cleanup in confined areas; rotary brooms are suited to larger sweeping areas and heavier cleanup work.

• Snow and ice removal: Rotary brooms clear snow, slush, and loose surface material from pavements, parking lots, and industrial yards. The rotating brush action throws snow to the side, and the broom can be angled for directional clearing.

• Industrial facility sweeping: Rotary brooms clean warehouse floors, loading docks, parking areas, and manufacturing yards. Water spray reduces airborne dust (where equipped), and the wider brush configuration is suited to larger paved areas.

• Municipal and public works: Both configurations serve municipal fleets for street sweeping, park maintenance, storm cleanup, and seasonal operations. Push brooms offer a low-cost option for light duty; rotary brooms are suited to routine sweeping across larger areas.

• Agricultural and farm use: Push brooms clean barn aisles, feed lots, and farm yards. Rotary brooms handle larger agricultural properties, lanes, and equipment storage areas.

Machine Compatibility

TGEC excavator brooms are available with standard pin-on mounting and compatible quick-coupler interfaces, subject to dimensional verification. Three critical dimensions must be verified for proper fit: pin diameter, pin center distance (distance between the two arm pins), and arm width (distance between the inner arm plates). These dimensions vary between excavator brands and models, even within the same weight class, so always measure your actual machine rather than relying on published specifications.

Push brooms require no auxiliary hydraulic circuit — they mount directly to the excavator arm and operate using the machine's standard arm and bucket controls. Rotary brooms require an auxiliary hydraulic circuit meeting the model-specific flow and pressure requirements for continuous brush rotation. The water suppression system, where equipped, may require an additional circuit or a self-contained pump. Always verify auxiliary circuit availability before ordering. Custom mounting brackets are fabricated to match non-standard pin dimensions, and quick-coupler adapter plates are available for major mechanical and hydraulic coupler brands.
