Pulverizer Lineup

TGEC offers two distinct pulverizer families, each with several jaw configurations to match your material and method:

• Rotary Pulverizer — Full 360-degree hydraulic rotation puts the jaws exactly where you need them, without swinging the excavator. Perfect for selective demolition, interior work, structural cutting, and any job where space is tight. Replaceable teeth and cutting blades stand up to heavy rebar and reinforced concrete.

• Fixed Pulverizer — A non-rotating frame built for sustained, high-cycle reduction and recycling. Jaw choices include standard A-series for general crushing, C-series with an aggressive cutting edge for heavily reinforced concrete, and SP-series with bolt-on teeth that can be swapped in the field without welding. Suited to volume work where continuous reduction is the priority.

Both families mount via custom-fitted brackets, with options for pin-on or quick-coupler attachment. Teeth and cutting blades are all field-replaceable consumables.

Where Pulverizers Are Used

• Building demolition: Pulverizers break down structural columns, beams, and floor slabs, separating rebar from concrete during both primary and secondary demolition.

• Concrete recycling: At recycling yards and on-site, they reduce concrete rubble to reusable aggregate size while recovering rebar for scrap.

• Selective interior demolition: Rotary models excel indoors where precision and awkward angles matter, targeting specific structural elements while limiting impact on surrounding areas.

• Bridge and infrastructure demolition: Pulverizers crush bridge decks, abutments, and barrier walls—rotary versions can be useful for overhead and hard-to-reach areas.

• Industrial demolition: Factories, warehouses, and heavy industrial plants with reinforced concrete benefit from combined crushing and rebar separation in one operation.

• Secondary reduction on demolition sites: After primary breaking, pulverizers reduce oversized chunks and separate rebar for cleaner, faster load-out.

Carrier Compatibility

TGEC pulverizers are sized to fit excavators from 7 up to 25 tons across both rotary and fixed styles. Each model comes with a specified carrier weight range, required hydraulic flow, and mounting bracket dimensions. Before you order, confirm your excavator’s operating weight, auxiliary hydraulic flow and pressure, and arm pin sizes. We can also fabricate custom mounting brackets for non-standard arms or quick-coupler setups.

Depending on the model, rotary pulverizers require a hydraulic rotation circuit in addition to the jaw circuit. Fixed units only require the jaw circuit. Make sure your excavator’s auxiliary hydraulics can deliver the flow and pressure your chosen model needs. OEM and Dealer Supply

TGEC supplies pulverizers to demolition contractors, equipment dealers, and rental fleets under OEM and private-label programs. Wear Parts and Replacements

Common wear items on pulverizers include jaw teeth, cutting blades, tooth adapters, pivot pins, and hydraulic seals. Teeth and blades are the primary consumables—check them regularly and replace when worn beyond spec. TGEC stocks all replacement wear parts for every pulverizer model, with teeth available in standard, enhanced-cutting, and bolt-on configurations depending on the model.
