Product Range

TGEC breakers are organized into three product families. The standard hydraulic breaker line is nitrogen‑assisted and includes three configurations: side‑type with side‑mounted housing for easy service access, silenced box‑type with sound‑dampening enclosure for urban demolition, and top‑type open‑body – built for continuous high‑heat operation with efficient heat dissipation and straightforward field maintenance. Standard models are available for carriers from 0.5 to 160 tons.

The gas‑free breaker series eliminates the nitrogen chamber entirely – fully hydraulic, no periodic charging, fewer maintenance points. Three series cover different carrier classes: the R‑Series for heavy demolition on 20‑40 ton machines, the M‑Series for balanced performance on 10‑32 ton carriers, and the V‑Series for 18‑120 ton excavators in production‑level breaking applications.

Rounding out the lineup, TGEC supplies breaker tools – moil point, blunt tool, flat wedge, and conical point – each matched to specific materials and breaking conditions. We also stock a full range of genuine spare parts for all series: seal kits, pistons, front heads, bushings, and hydraulic hoses.

Application Scenarios

• Building demolition: Break slabs, foundations, and columns. Silenced box‑types for noise‑sensitive urban sites; side‑types and open‑body for general demolition.

• Rock excavation and quarry work: Bust boulders and fracture rock. Open‑body breakers shed heat during continuous runs and simplify field service.

• Road construction and asphalt removal: Tear up asphalt and concrete surfaces. Flat wedge chisels for clean asphalt lines; moil points for concrete and rebar.

• Utility and trench work: Break rock, hardpan, or concrete without damaging pipes or cables. Compact breakers on mini excavators for tight‑access trenching.

Machine Compatibility

Proper sizing is critical – oversized breakers stress the boom and hydraulics, while undersized ones waste time and fuel. TGEC breakers cover 0.5–160 ton carriers, with 22 models total across the side‑type, box‑type, and top‑type configurations, plus the gas‑free R‑Series, M‑Series, and V‑Series. Always verify carrier weight, hydraulic flow/pressure, and lift capacity at working reach before selection. Mounting brackets are supplied to match your excavator make, model, and pin dimensions – we support Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, JCB, Kubota, Yanmar, Takeuchi, Bobcat, and more, including quick coupler interfaces. OEM and Bulk Supply

TGEC offers OEM and private‑label programs for dealers, distributors, and equipment partners – custom branding, colors, packaging, and documentation with flexible MOQs from small batches to container runs. All OEM units go through the same QC process as TGEC‑branded breakers. We also stock seal kits, pistons, front heads, bushings, and chisels for all series, with bulk ordering available for service departments.
