Our lineup covers eleven models from 1‑ton mini excavators to 100‑ton production machines, with shank lengths from 320 to 1120 mm and tooth options ranging from mini J‑series through D11 rock teeth. Each ripper features a heavy fabricated shank with a replaceable tooth and adapter, mounted via a custom bracket to your excavator arm. The machine’s curl and boom lift provide the digging force, allowing the ripper to loosen hard ground through mechanical ripping rather than impact breaking. Your ground conditions and excavator size determine the right model. Soft to medium soil — lightweight models (TG-RPMINI to TG-RP50). Clay, frozen ground, and hard soil — medium to heavy-duty models (TG-RP80 to TG-RP300). Mining overburden — heavy-duty models (TG-RP450 to TG-RP850). Our Product Line

Eleven models span 1–100 ton excavators with mounting widths from 240 to 930 mm and unit weights from 45 to 1970 kg. Q345 steel frames; NM400 wear steel on heavy-duty models (TG-RP120 and above). Interchangeable wear teeth — J220, J250, D-series — field-replaceable wear teeth and adapters. Custom pin sizes and brackets available.

What ground conditions is the single-tooth ripper designed for?+

The single-tooth ripper is engineered for hard soil, frozen ground, compacted clay, and weathered rock. It is not designed for primary excavation in loose soil where a standard bucket would be more efficient. The ripper is primarily intended for hard or compacted ground conditions. Root and stump work can also be an application depending on the carrier, tooth configuration, and ground conditions.
