Pile Driver Lineup

TGEC offers two pile driver families, each with multiple models:

• Vibratory Pile Driver (Mast-Type / Vibro Hammer) — Mast-guided vertical alignment for production piling. Five models cover 12–65 t excavators with 172–750 kN centrifugal force at 2600 rpm. Handles sheet piles, H-beams, and tubular piles for driving and extraction.

• Side-Grip Pile Driver — Side-clamp design eliminates crane need. Three models cover 15–50 t excavators with 364–780 kN centrifugal force. Full 360° rotation and ±30° tilt for confined spaces. Ideal for urban sites, bridge underpasses, and scattered pile locations with limited overhead clearance.

Both families are built for heavy-duty use and run off the excavator auxiliary circuit — specific hydraulic flow and pressure requirements vary by model. Custom mounting brackets are available across the lineup. All models support driving and extraction, with clamp jaws for sheet piles, H-beams, and tubular piles.

Application Scenarios

• Sheet-pile retaining walls: Continuous walls for excavation support and permanent retaining. Mast-guided design ensures interlock integrity.

• Bridge abutment piling: H-beam and sheet-pile foundations. Mast maintains vertical alignment through repetitive cycles.

• Restricted urban sites: Narrow corridors, alongside existing structures, overhead constraints — side-grip fits where mast-type cannot.

• Riverbank and coastal reinforcement: Erosion control and flood walls. High-frequency vibration drives piles efficiently in varied soils.

• Solar farm and scattered pile locations: Side-grip moves with the excavator, eliminating crane repositioning across large sites.

• Pile extraction and remediation: Vibratory drivers pull existing sheet piles and H-beams for removal and recycling.

Machine Compatibility

TGEC pile drivers fit excavators from 12 to 65 tons across both configurations. Each model specifies a carrier weight range, hydraulic flow requirement, and mounting bracket dimensions. Before ordering, verify excavator operating weight, auxiliary flow and pressure (vibrator and clamp circuits), and arm pin dimensions. Custom brackets available for non-standard arms and quick couplers.

Mast-type drivers need circuits for vibration motor and clamp jaw. Side-grip models need vibration, clamp, rotation, and tilt circuits. Verify your machine delivers required flow and pressure for all circuits. Added weight reduces lift capacity — confirm safe operation at working radius, especially with long piles. TGEC technical team can review compatibility based on the excavator model, serial number, hydraulic specifications, and mounting dimensions.

OEM & Bulk Supply

Wear Parts and Replacements

Wear components include vibration springs, clamp jaws and wear pads (side-grip), mast guide wear strips, hydraulic seals, hoses, and hardware. Clamp jaws and wear pads are primary contact items — worn jaws reduce grip and can damage pile surfaces. Springs fatigue and crack after heavy use.
