Our Quality Control Process

Incoming Material Inspection

Production & Welding Control
Welding quality and structural accuracy are monitored during manufacturing to ensure strength and reliability. TianGe's welding follows established procedures, with in-process inspections and non-destructive testing on critical joints.
Assembly Inspection
Hydraulic connections, fittings, and moving parts are checked during assembly. TianGe assembles each attachment with precision torque control and functional dry-run testing to verify smooth operation before paint.
Final Inspection Before Shipment
Appearance, dimensions, and functional checks are completed before packing and delivery. TianGe performs a full documented inspection for every unit, ensuring it matches the customer's specifications and is ready for immediate deployment.
