Excavator Compatibility Guidance
TGEC 2-stage telescopic sticks come in four sizes for excavators from 20 to 50 tons. TG-TS20 is configured for 20–25 ton excavators; TG-TS30 for 30–35 ton excavators; TG-TS40 for 40–45 ton excavators; and TG-TS50 for 45–50 ton excavators. The mounting interface is configured to match the specified excavator make and model. Because the longer arm creates more leverage, the allowable bucket capacity may be lower than with a standard arm configuration and should be confirmed for the specific machine and working geometry. When ordering, provide the excavator make and model, operating weight, pin-to-pin spacing, pin diameter, and stick width, and the technical team will complete the configuration review.

Working Principle
The 2-stage telescopic stick uses two nested sections—an outer one that connects to the boom and an inner one that slides out via a hydraulic cylinder. The bucket or attachment mounts to the end of the inner section. When fully extended, the stick measures 10 to 18 meters (depending on the model), delivering a maximum working reach of 12 to 20 meters when mounted on the carrier boom. Retract it, and the inner section tucks back into the outer, giving you a compact 5.5 to 8.5 meters for transport. The sliding surfaces are fitted with wear-resistant guides and bushings to keep everything aligned and smooth. With only one sliding interface, maintenance is simpler than on a three-stage unit. Because the extended arm increases leverage, bucket capacity should be selected according to the specific model, excavator stability, and working conditions.
